Go ahead and arrange an event!

All it takes is a post with time and place. Breakfast meetings, coffee get-togethers, or meeting up in the evening.

Past Events include:

Digital Eve Live @ Microsoft Israel R & D Center – held in 2010

Networking with the Digital Eve DEvas and an interactive talk with
Limor Lahiani, Senior Developer at Microsoft Israel Innovation Labs

Limor  shared with us how the MSFT Innovation Labs work and how we can apply their successful business methods to our organizations. She also touched upon her personal experiences building a career as a technology innovator.

This event was arranged by the Digital Eve Steering Committee.

Tel Aviv Coffee and Chat – 2010

A group of us got together one evening to network and put names to the faces.

This was arranged by a simple post by Natasha Shine, one of our members.

Helping Others Helping Ourselves Networking Event – 2009

Bet Elazraki Childrens Home, Natanya

We held this event just before Rosh Hashana ( the Jewish New Year).  More than 220 children who cannot live at home, often for much of their childhood, are raised in this home.

Networking To Make A Difference.

A DE event held on 10th September 2009

We did it! We got out from behind our screens and met some real women.

While we were doing that we heard about over 200 real children whose lives are being changed for the better  at the Bet Elazraki  Childrens Home in Natanya where the event was held.  And we had a chance to hear how the real corporate and social responsibilty professionals at Cisco give back to make a real difference in Israel and all over the world.

Here’s what some of the women there said…

”"Thank you so much to our inspiring speakers, gracious hosts and enthusiastic participants for opening your hearts and minds to make this happen.”"

“We got to know each other, exchanged business cards, but most importantly -
were inspired to think about our contribution to the community. ”

“”The brainstorming session on what each person can volunteer from their own experience was also a brilliant way helping everyone to get to know each other – and what a lovely group of ladies they were!”

“”It was a privilege to meet so many smart and engaged women and to
learn and be inspired about how we, as professional women, can contribute to
different aspects of our society.”"

We hope to follow up on the evening with practical action related to both Bet Elazraki and Cisco”s CSR programs.

Speed Networking Events

DIGITAL EVE’S SPEED NETWORKING EVENTS

Our last event was in February 2008 at Sektor 17, Tel Aviv’s newest space and production/design studio which was provided to us at no charge by our Deva Liane Thompson.

The evening was organized by Susan Fisher & Leemor Machnai (Digital Eve’s chairs).

What is Speed Networking?
Speed Networking is a great way to meet lots of people very quickly. It makes it okay to have quick chats and then move on with the opportunity to talk some more afterwards.

Our goal is for you to meet 20+ Devas and go home with lots of business cards and a list of everyone who was there.
The cool part is the short 3 – 5 minute meetings/chats with people you have never met, then when the whistle blows you meet someone new.

Watch the list for news of our next event.
